An Inconvenient Truth: happyhaunt Style! (New... pg. 113!)

This was the heading of this trip report yesterday, admittedly one that often seems more of a treatise on a child's bowel habits or a psychoanalysis of a mother/daughter relationship than a tale of a trip to Walt Disney World.


In most places, a joke involving a pedophile and a case in which a child was brutally murdered would be understood to be in poor taste and inappropriate.


Why do the moderators allow such a title on the Trip Reports board?

You, friend, are the one in poor taste. First, Mr. Karr is a fraud. We know that because he admitted to doing something that he did not. However, it may be libelous for you to call him a pedophile. Something that has not been proven and to my knowledge has not been charged. It is at the very least wreckless and in poor taste.

Obviously, the humorous point the OP was making was that Mr. Karr is a fraud. Something we all know. You did not stop there. You took the additional step of calling him a pedophile injecting an issue into this trip report never intended by the original poster. You also accused the original poster of injecting this issue into her trip report. Something you did, not she.

Ditto, Mommy Poppins about the fastpasses, I was wondering the same thing! I think you all have to enter the park to have your fastpasses print out??

Mellyman went in using HIS annual pass.

Carrying all of ours. We have annual passes.

Then ran them all through the FASTPASS machine.

We got 5. For TEST TRACK.

With only one of us entering the park.

Although I am thought of as "somewhat humerous" here at home, I don't hold a Candle on the Water to you...........Loved your last installment,Bodily functions and all.....you, your lovely bride and your beloved children,,yes WE know you love them,,,can vacation with us anytime,,Smell and all,,,,and I think it really is an important part of your TR..Kinda adds a little"suspense"

I've read this three times and it's not at all about your relationship with your daughter. Must be relevant to your trip report.

I leave in 21 minutes for the airport. Turns out it is easier to check your flight on line than using the phone (hat tip: NicoleMarie). Primarily b/c the phone number for the airline is in my desk at my office. And I can't be bothered looking it up. Not when there's a computer right here.

Long story short: checked our flight status and dropped in here for a good laugh. Which I got. But I've never been the kind to stand by while my friends are attacked. Especially when they are attacked without provocation or mert.

Mel: you are good people. You're funny and you care tremendously about your children as is evident by almost every post of this report psychoanalyzing your mother/daughter relationship filmed on location at Walt Disney World.

But you smell. Not in a good way. And you steal. From better writers. And you've made Layla cry on more than one occasion. Which isn't nice.
