Am I on restricted rehire?

I've worked seasonal for the Disney store twice during Christmas 2013 and 2014. Then I applied for the college program and also finished that without any reprimands or points. I recently came back from the college program and tried to apply at the store I worked at in 2013 for part time and I was rejected an interview. Am I on restricted rehire because they never kept me after the season?

If you completed your seasonal time without quitting, and didn't leave your college program early, you shouldn't be a restricted rehire.
