Yes, all of the resort pools are heated; however, the outside air temperature could make it too cold to swim. This is a personal decision as it depends on the individual and what you're used to. Some people are comfortable swimming when it's 60 degrees, while others need it to be warmer before getting in a pool.
We went last November. There was one morning where it hit 35 deg, so it was a bit chilly. We were the only ones in the pool, but we're from Maine. The hot tubs felt great, but the kids didn't mind the pool temp at all. Midwesterners should be just fine!
