We are here! Animal Kingdom tomorrow and trying to decide what time to arrive. My understanding is parking opens 45 minutes before official opening (which is 8 tomorrow) so we should be at lot by 7:15, yes?

We've taken the 1st bus of the morning twice now arriving around 7:15 and it seemed there were already a fair amount of cars parked and a few hundred people in line in front of us for FoP. If you want to ride FoP without an hour wait the only way is to get there before 7:30.
