ADR question

Last year at the 180 day mark I remember making my ADR's at midnight on line. My 180 day mark for our August trip is 2/22 and I was told I can't make ADR's until 6:00 AM that day. Is this true or can I make them at 12:00 AM?

ADRa are 6 am EST online and 7 am for phone. The FP at 60 days is midnight EST.
