Adding a person to a room

We booked at the WL for the 7 for 4 deal. There are 3 of us in the room. If we were to add one more person will they still let us use the 7 for 4 deal or will I have to change to the new promotion?

It'll just be an extra charge since they are extra for the third and fourth adult in the room.
