I'm trying to get in 100 to 150 crunches a day using my ab roller. Is it better to do all of them at one time or is it ok to do about 15 or 20 and then come back in an hour or so and do 20 more and so on and so on? I want to be able to do what works the best but I figure at least I'm getting them in, right? :confused3 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hmm i've been thinking about getting one of those...Do you like it? I really want one that comes with a dvd

I don't have an ab roller, but a lot of days I do 300 or more crunches. I do sets of 25. After each 25 I take a few seconds break (less than 30 seconds), every 75 I change the type of crunch I am doing. I do it all in one session. I don't know if there is any advantage doing them this way or breaking it up.
