I'm trying to get in 100 to 150 crunches a day using my ab roller. Is it better to do all of them at one time or is it ok to do about 15 or 20 and then come back in an hour or so and do 20 more and so on and so on? I want to be able to do what works the best but I figure at least I'm getting them in, right?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
