AAA, AP, BR, - what would you do?

We're going the last week of October - we JUST found out DH's work switched over to AAA and we can use it for personal travel. I've never used it before for a Disney trip, but that's now an option - so I need input and advice on what you'd do.

I am pretty sure we can't do BR now - because it isn't 60 days out (stupid BRs)...and we are AP holders.

Our other option is to stay offsite, but we'd have to rent a car.

Any ideas? What would you do?
In a perfect world, we'd get free dining or a decent code. We have a party of 6 and an infant (7 total) so we definitely need two rooms onsite.

Thanks for any ideas and explanations of the AAA benefits.
