We got the "women's" tote that broke on first use this past December on the Magic. Guest services did get us a new one. Same thing with our lanyards. The new ones were falling apart and they replaced them with the older embroidered style.

Slightly Off Topic Question : We are silver and doing a B2B cruise in January. Will we get the gifts both cruises? I know they would be the same each time but since there is two of us, it would be great to have one each

Yes you will get a gift for each sailing since it is 2 cruises
