Pirates BBQ is Tuesday from 6-8. It is 22.95 for adults and 10.95 for kids 3-9. Menu is ribs, chicken, burgers, hot dogs, cole slaw, baked beans, corn on the cob, potato salad, cornbread, watermelon and apple pie. You can do all the activities even if you don't do the bbq.
Low Country Boil is Thursday 5:30 to 7:30 at beach house. It is 24.95 for adults and 9.95 for kids. There is a low country boil buffet with boiled shrimp, smoked sausage, red potatoes, scalloped potatoes, spanish rice, gumbo, corn on the cob, marinated pork tenderloin, hushpuppies, salads and deserts. For kids there are chicken fingers, mac and cheese, salad and desert. There was face painting, music, pool games, crafts. Each family got their own table with their name on it. There weren't too many people on a day with great weather in July.

. We arrive on the 30th and it will be my family (me, DH, DD9 and DD7) and my parents. My parents have come to WDW with us but never to HHI. I can't wait to see how they like it! My dad will be retiring in 2014 and I am trying to convince him to buy his own DVC contract. We love inviting them along, but we bought enough points for us to do a 1BR every year. Since we book a 2BR when we invite mom and dad, we've had to do studios for parts of our trips. I'm not complaining one bit because I really do love the fact that I have 2 parents that are both physically and financially healthy enough to enjoy vacationing with us
