2012 Discounted Merchandise??

Does anyone know if WDW discounts their 2012 merchandise in the parks and if so when? I noticed on disneystore.com they have some items on discount.

2 yrs ago I was there in dec 19-23 on the 23 stuff was on sale I have not seen it at any other time as of yet!
