Did SSR dues stay the same? What does the new paddock pool gonna cost?

The new paddock pool is already paid for out of some form of reserve funds. I suppose operating the new pool may cost more (more water to treat and heat), but that may not show up for 2 more years because the first part of 2011 will have 0.00 paddock pool expenses due to construction.

I don't have the statement right in front of me but if I recall correctly it's in the $3,100-$3,200/unit range.

The total of $5.6758 is a 1.9% increase over 2010 with an annual growth rate since inception of 5.1% (which includes a Capital reserve loan from DVD of $930,000 at 5.39% that will paid back at the end of 2012).
