200 RCCL passengers get sick

Just returned from a 7 week cruise on the Allure of the Seas. I was shocked by what happened to the ship specifically and RCCL in general. There were numerous dirty dishes that were not properly washed and yet were still stacked together with the pile of clean dishes. Same with dirty cups and cutlery. Thankfully we did not come down with anything, but if this is happening on the Allure, which is supposed to be one of the best in the fleet, then what's happening on other ships?
