11/4 Dream embarkation following the time change

Hi all. We board the Dream in the morning. WOOHOO! With a likely less than capacity ship disembarking along with a less than capacity ship boarding (based on watching DCL's website leading up to now), combined with the extra hour time change overnight, any chance they will board earlier than usual? I consider normal boarding time around 11:45. We have a PAT of 12:00. We were planning on arriving sometime after 11:30. Now, I am thinking we may want to arrive a little earlier - maybe closer to the 11:00 official port opening. Any thoughts? Anyone experience this situation before in previous years with the time change?
