10% off mailing from DCL

We took our first cruise this past summer. We didn't do an obb. Never quite got around to it.
We got a mailing today from dcl castaway club. In it there is a ten percent off pin along with our cc numbers. It states that it is only for 2012 or 2013. We want to know if it is
transferable to 2014? Anyone gotten that mailing a first cruise? Love to be able to transfer it. We can't afford to go next year but could swing 2014!

I booked on board after my first cruise but the friend traveling with me did not and she was sent the same offer in the mail. It's possible you could use it to make a dummy booking just as if you were booking onboard?

Read the fine print--what does it say about moving the reservation? If nothing, what do you have to lose? The worst thing that can happen is that you try to transfer it and they say that you lose the 10%...which leaves you no worse than you were before the ad.
