I agree with most of the posts on here. But I think it's all personal opinion. If you are concerned about price vs location, well then it's price that will sway your decision. Overall, I think what matters to most people is:
#1 Price - Most families are on a budget
#2 Location - Obviously...
If you rent through a property-management company, they would probably be able to accommodate your requests, as they manage many homes in the same area. I would check www.DoOrlando.com. I've used them twice and they deal with management companies.
I saw a cheap price on eBay for a 2 BR villa at Sheraton Vistana Resort for check-in this Friday if anyone needs it.....$600 for the week I think. Wish I could go!

DoOrlando.com has vacation homes on sale right now, you should check them out. I've used them 3 times now and I will plug them every chance I get! :thumbsup2
All hotels will overbook to stay at full capacity. This is just a fact of the industry. You will find no availability on their website, but availability on say Expedia.com because they have allotted a certain amounts of rooms to these companies under contract. Hotels will overbook their own...
