Need Hotel options close to DTD.

If your husband is a government contractor can't you stay at Shades of Green?!?!?! The prices should be comparable to most of the DTD hotels. If not try mousesavers.com they usually have good deals

But it does cost to park, if your not staying on propery. Plus the monorail & boat are only for Magic Kingdom, and there is a monorail to Epcot. Hope this helps

    Favorite resort and why!!!!

I've stayed at most of the resorts, so I thought I would start this thread!! Deluxe: Has to be Boardwalk (love the proximity to Epcot) Moderate: Has to be Port Orleans (love the ambience & boat ride over to DTD) Value: they are ok, but would rather stay at a moderate or Deluxe.

$446 more to stay on-site. Is it worth it? Can't decide!

Parking is Free at the parks, but not at the hotels. It's definitely worth the extra dollars to stay!!! If you had an AP the price goes down $30 a night to $149

My wife and I it doesn't work!! My wife doesn't want to be that structured, and she's not a big eater!! The 1 time we did the FD we had 11 snacks, and 4 dining credits on the last day. I enjoyed it but my wife didn't!!:lmao::lmao:
