BMO has a great International PrePaid Mastercard. $6.95 per year, and that's it. It works like a normal MasterCard, so you can use it anywhere. It can be loaded via online banking from whichever bank you prefer, just like any other bill. There's no charge, but there's a minimum $100 deposit.

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree. I fully support the union and what they're trying to accomplish. What they're seeking is in the best interest of my kids. In my own best interest, I'm going to abstain from further comments on this issue. :D
