    Maya Grill Buffet Breakfast ???

I had the Maya breakfast buffet and found it quite enjoyable. It was only $2 or $3 more than a breakfast at Pepper Market. I was there in early May and it was not crowded at all. I had breakfast at 8:30. My only regret is that I forgot about the fruit that was available at the entrance.

    MGM Commisary Question

CHIPSTER, I was there about two weeks and had lunch at the Commissary. I recall seeing breakfast menus outside but I could be wrong. However, the guidemap I kept from that day does say Full breakfast offerings before 10:30. Based on that, I would say they do have breakfast.

Where do you stay on solo trips??

My first time (and so far only time) solo, I stayed at PO Riverside. I enjoyed my stay and I was given a room at the Alligator Bayou side. I especially liked the fact that the building I was in was next to a quiet pool. Next time I go solo, I would like to try Wilderness Lodge.

    shampoo provided in rooms?

Just came back from POR last week, and yes there was shampoo. I was glad there was because I forgot to bring my own. However, I would prefer my own, their shampoo didn't lather up very good.

Need suggestion re Water Parks for solo traveler

msr709, I just returned from Typhoon Lagoon on a solo trip recently. I went during the middle of the week and didn't have any problem finding a lounge chair to put my stuff on. I brought my own towel because it was easier to find my chair that way. I was concerned about getting my stuff...

    Solo at the pool question

I will be going on a solo trip soon and will probably spend alot of time of the resort pool. Since I will be alone, I don't want to leave my room key at the lounge chair while I'm swimming. I have a secured pocket on my bathing suit and will probably put it there. Is it okay for the card to...

    Which week in April?

Thanks for the responses! That's helpful to know that the New England schools will be off during that first week. I will consider going the second week, especially if the rates are better.
