Disagree- Gotta go with Starring Rolls (though I don't know how hidden it is)- our family discovered it our last trip and loved stopping there for breakfast. A, D, NO- the monorail and ferry are not to be missed

If I were you, I'd try to get most of the non-World Showcase stuff done in the morning- Soarin, Test Track, Spaceship Earth, etc. (Ice Station Cool is a fun place to cool off try free drinks from around the world!) Once you're done there, head over to the World Showcase and spend the afternoon...
