I didn't realize that. I used the disneygiftcard site in the past but did not know they had changed to a two-step system. Lesson learned... I will transfer all of my cards in the future.

We are spending a few days in Orlando in mid-February. At the end of the trip we would like to go to Kennedy Space Center and are thinking of staying two nights. We are looking at the Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach or Homewood Suites. Would appreciate any thoughts... thank you!

Oh got it! I assume if I pay to upgrade to the AP I would also just have to pay the difference in price if I didn't use it this year. I was concerned that if I didn't go until next year I would lose the ticket $ completely! Thank you for clarifying that!

Thank you! I should have stated that after the February trip, we would not be returning until March or April 2025. That's why I wanted to know if it was better to upgrade to an AP and just hold it until next year and if anyone had experience with that. I will have to give them a call.

I purchased two 7-day passes for a family trip in April with the intent of upgrading both to a DVC AP. That trip may be canceled but we may be going to Orlando for a few days in February. We will probably go into the parks for just one or two days staying offsite and just buy new 2 or 3 day...

All view types only have a few days left for a 2 bedroom at BWV. There is availability for a 1 bedroom with Boardwalk or Poolview. It is strange since the Boardwalk has so many rooms. I can see availability even at the Beach Club.

Finally got together with family this week and decided next year would work for WDW. I had checked on 2 bedrooms at the Boardwalk for the first week of April just two weeks ago and should have booked then but did not want to borrow points until I was sure. Now there are only a few nights left...
