I've had great experiances with Tusker House. Only issue is it being in AK (if that is an issue), which could mess up your parks you want to go to.

Having eaten at both last year, I'd easily say The Wave hands down. We were so disappointed in our Chefs reservation last time, the only thing we liked was Remy! The Wave was fresh, delicious, and quiet, which we enjoyed greatly

I have to agree on the Toy Story theme, or at least Pixar in general. I love the parks, but my wife is the big old fashioned Disney fan, I myself would appreciate having the newer Pixar events as well!
