We had 2 Snow Whites with us and saw Snow White and Aurora going into the Pavilion. We were 4th in the line and due to see Aurora but a lovely young man winked at us, guided us to one side and let the people behind us go in to the left. We then went (5th) to the right and got Snow White!!

When I used them last month I just left the top box saying HOTEL and typed Cheyenne into the next box down.:)

Glad you got to meet so many Princesses. We were very lucky and met 3 all told, all within an hour and a half,,,,,,, long story. Rapunzel was there on the day we met them all, she was lovely. Eldest granddaughter was thrilled as that's her favourite. I was more excited we got to see Snow White...

It never ceases to amaze me how effortlessly most of the staff can slip into speaking whatever language they get greeted with by a guest. Can you imagine a shop assistant at, say, Asda, being able to do that!? Most of the staff at my local store have trouble with basic English.:rotfl2::rotfl:

After meeting Cinderella a couple of weeks ago, my GD Amber, looked a little puzzled and said "Nannie, She talks with a funny accent" I told her it was because Cinderella tries very hard to speak to all the children in their own language and sometimes gets confused. LOL! Amber seemed happy...

We have just got back. The only grumpy staff we encountered were the security staff as you have your bags checked. On 4 of the 5 days they were surly and didn't respond to a cheery greeting at all. Everywhere else the staff were lovely, taking the time to admire our 2 little "princesses" and...

Sounds like you had a great time! We were there 19th to 23rd too! It's weird, we found all the toilets clean and well stocked and saw no queue jumping at all. The only pushing was for the buses. Guess it's all about timing. ;) We didn't queue longer than 10 minues for anything except Tram...

We have just got back and used RS Transports both ways. They were on time, found us easily, had a card with our name on and were pleasant and helpful. It's the second time we have used them and I would definitely use them again.

Re:RS Transports. They were there with a little board with my name on, 5 minutes earlier than it stated on our confirmation letter, 10 minutes after our flight landed. Same at the hotel, 5 minutes early with my name on a board and I watched other drivers too, and they go looking for their...

Just got back and really struggled to find restaurants that were open. It was really depressing traipsing from one to another, only to find them all closed up and no info on if/when they would be open. ETA Maybe we should have asked at City Hall, but with 2 littluns you just want to get in the...

We had dinner at Cafe Mickey 2 days ago, and 2 adults, 2 children shared one garlic bread and one pizza plus the Birthday Cake! More than enough for us all! All we had for lunch was a couple of rolls and a piece of fruit after having breakfast in the hotel and we were totally full up by bedtime. :)

Sounds like a wonderful time was had by all. I am staying at the cheyenne this week and gd is 8 while we are there so will def mention it and see if she gets balloons too. :thumbsup2
