After reading all these replies it seems to me the easiest way to go (party of 4) is just to keep some cash on hand for TS meal tips. It also gets you out of the restaurant faster not waiting for the server to return your card.

I'm wondering what the dessert choices are like with DDP CS meals. I'm thinking that we are going to have a ton of food when every lunch and dinner is served with a dessert choice. I'm already planning on looking for opportunities to share and get the dessert to go and use it later as a snack.
