We use Shipt. They usually give you a free 2 week trial and discount when you first sign up. They shop at Publix and deliver. Customer service is always on point! They also deliver in my home state so I use them frequently.

From what I understood when we last went on our cruise is that, the child must be 3 AND potty trained. As opposed to those that are 3 and NOT completely potty trained yet. So to answer your question, they can not go to the Lab/Club unless they are 3. :(
