On our Cozumel stop, we are interested in wandering at port shops for a while and then finding a restaurant with chairs on a beach. Is there anything within short walking distance? We are not interested in taking a cab to any of the larger beaches or beach clubs. Thanks!

I have to pay my deposit today, but am not able to access my reservation because I can't remember the password. My agent hasn't responded to my email (it's Saturday). What do I do?

We just returned from a cruise and booked a "placeholder" for a future cruise. If I want to use a TA for that trip (likely two years from now), is that possible? There isn't a reservation number, so I can't transfer a specific trip to a TA. Anyone know how this works? Thanks!
