I would personally go with the BC for a variety of reasons but most importantly is the fact that you won't have to take a bus everywhere. If you stay at BC, you get to walk to Epcot, boat to MGM, bus to MK, bus to AK. If you stay at AKL, you have to bus to Epcot, bus to MGM, bus to MK, bus to...

I tend to agree.. there are definitely some folks who've had too much to drink but I've never witnessed any "horrible" behavior. The worst I've found is people talking loud and just being overall obnoxious in lines waiting to order some more drinks. Oh well..
