No, I was not able to add celebrations. I had to call Dining anyway so the CM was able to add them for me. HTH!

Please note that your luggage will not arrive to your room for 3-4 hours after you arrive onsite. You can take your luggage onto the ME - many people were doing this when we got on board - if this is going to be problematic for you.
