Park Vue panic-is it loud and dirty?

Ok, just left here yesterday (now in San Francisco!) and here is my opinion.... We (me, DH, DS 7, DD 2) stayed for 8 nights as we used it as a base for travelling round area. We requested and got a second floor room although we got the room right next to the stairs and just before the breakfast...

    Mediterranean Cruise with Toddler

We've just done one of the 10 night med cruises with our 16 month old and to be honest the stroller was a nightmare. As a lot of the cities are old, they have a lot of steps and bumpy roads. We found we spent a lot of time carrying the stroller up and down steps which began to get REALLY...

    Kids on Med. cruises!!!

We are taking our kids ds (6) and dd (15mths) on the 26th May med cruise. I am not worried in the slightest. I know we won't be able to run around ports doing loads but we can see a little of each port and the kids will be given plenty of time to play by the pool etc.

    7578, 7576, 7078, 7076 Steamer trunk?

Checked our cruise documents for last cruise and it was 7578 we stayed in. There was room to walk round at the bottom of the bed but it was a bit squashed....I just remember thinking it was actually in the way rather than being an essential part of the furniture.

    7578, 7576, 7078, 7076 Steamer trunk?

I am sure we stayed in 7578 on the Wonder last year and it did have a steamer trunk. We have a baby and used this for storage of her stuff. The only thing was it seemed to stick out into the room a bit and at times was in the way to be honest.

    Mediterrean Cruise Questions

We have just received our info booklet for our med cruise and it says that the earliest flight departure Disney recommend is 12.30pm. Thats so you have time to leave the ship, get to the airport to check in, get through customs etc....I personally would not do such an early flight that day.

$100 dollar credit per person in state room

I booked direct with DCL on 25th Nov 09 and I believe anyone booking up to november 27th 2009 should be eligible. I then transfered my booking to dreams unlimited for their OBC aswell. Give Virgin a call and ask them to check or contact DCL direct and ask them?

$100 dollar credit per person in state room

As far as I know I think it is just the transatlantic, med and baltic cruises that this extra credit applies to.

$100 dollar credit per person in state room

 Yeah we also got our letter today. We're on May 26th med cruise. I had contacted our ta when I heard that all the US passengers had got their letter and had it confirmed that we would get the onboard credit. Still it's seems much more real now I have it in writing :cool1:

    Tipping for infants

Thank you. I have absolutly no problem with tipping, I just wanted to make sure that I was doing it 'correctly' so as not to offend anyone and to make sure I knew what was expected. At least if I know in advance then I know to budget for all 4 of us to tip. :goodvibes

? about flying w/ Ryan Air

Personally I would never fly with Ryanair again...even if they were exceptionally cheaper - there's a reason for that!! We paid for priority boarding as we had a baby and wanted to make sure we were sat together. But as soon as they had let everyone with priority boarding through, they started...

    Tipping for infants

When we went on the Wonder last November, the recommended tipping amount said it was per person including children. We are going on a 10 night med cruise and taking our 6 year old son and an infant who will be 1 year old. Do you also tip on behalf of the infant? I will obviously multiply the tip...

    Mediterranean cruises this spring?

I'm currently looking at a 11.10am flight out of barcelona. I belive it would be possible to do this IF we get off the boat as soon as possible. Would prefer not to rush about but these seem the better times/prices without paying silly money for a sunday flight.
