Most definitely. Once you board the ship, just go to the designated spot to make a reservation. We have done it in the past. We have also cancelled reservations later in the week.

Disneydude, there is a number you can call under in-room gifts.

The are three hair options to choose from, diva, fairytale princess, and pop princess. Fairytale princess has the tiara. She would probably like the crown package, which includes hair, makeup, and nails.

I would call in the morning, but meanwhile send an email to your agent about your intent to pay first thing in the morning. They will get back to you in the morning most likely. You still have time before your PIF date.
