    Shoes at the Waterparks

It has been 15 years since my husband and I last visited WDW. We loved the waterparks. I can't remember if we wore flip flops, or water shoes. What types of shoes do most people wear? I am afraid if I wear flip flops, I will lose them on a slide or in the water. We are going at the end of May...

Have you ever had any luck????

My dad and I suffer from GERD also. We went on th 2005 Eastbound Panama Canal. We were also booked in the late dining because the early was full. We faxed in our medical forms and it was changed to early seating without any problems.:)

    Halloween Cruise

I am thinking of booking an October 2009 cruise that departs on Halloween. For those of you who have cruised on Halloween before, Does DCL do anything special on that cruise? Do people dress up. My twins will be 3 and we are traveliing with friends whose kids will be 3 and 5. I thought it might...

USAToday reporter witnesses SWA family boarding snafu

:rolleyes1 I can't believe how nasty people are being about giving up a seat for a small child! I have recently flown by myself on another airline and paid extra for the seat I wanted. I was asked to trade so that an adult in the group could sit with the two children that were seated next to me...

    What is/are your child(ren)'s name(s)?

Picking the name for our twin boys was a lot of fun. I had girls names all picked out because I was sure I was having a girl. Turns out I was having identicle twin boys! My husband and I sat down and went through baby names one day and had picked out 3 boys names we liked, and a couple...

Just back with my 11 month old twins!

We took our twins to Disneyland when they were 11 months old. We had a lot of fun. They loved the rides and sites. They did get a little cranky when they were tired, but soon fell asleep in their stroller as we walked. We took them to San Diego zoo and Seaworld when they were 18 months- that was...

Play kitchen for 3 yo DS. Is that weird?

My boys will be two in January. My husband and I are planning to get them a kitchen set too! They love pretending in the kitchen. We are also planning on getting them a tool workshop because they love to play with daddy's tools. We believe that toys are for children, not "boy toys" and "girl...

    quick question

I have cruised DCL twice before, but that was before I had kids. For those of you with young kids, what do you do with car seats when you go on the cruise. I know this sounds kind of strange, I know I don't need them for the cruise, but we will be flying from Arizona and my kids will definitely...

What are your thoughts on the new online pre-booking?

Sue Ellen, According to the DCL website, you have to be paid in full to make the excursion reservations, but repeat cruisers get to at 90 days out and first time cruisers have to wait until 75 days out. My parents and I both paid before the 90 day mark and they still were not able to make...

What are your thoughts on the new online pre-booking?

Hi Sue Ellen, I tried booking both my parent and my excursions at the same time. I actually called DCL because the online system was having problems. The agent I got tried to book both cabins for excursions and said that the computer wouldn't let her. She put me on hold and talked to a...

What are your thoughts on the new online pre-booking?

This is my second cruise and I really liked that I could book online in advance. The only problem that I have with it is that my parents are also going and it is their first time, so booking excursions, as others above mentioned, is a problem. I have to wait to do theirs and hope that the same...

    I have a stupid question

Hi Stephieann, A repo cruise is a repositioning cruise. DCL will be having two to celebrate DL's 50th birthday. The first one is from May14 to May 28th. It travels from Port Canaveral, FL to San Pedro, Ca. Then DCL will be offering 7 day Mexican Riviera cruises during summer 2005. Afterwards...
