Hope everyone else is enjoying Disney+ Anyone else still having log on troubles and/or how long have you waited for help on the phone or live chat. We’ve waited over 3 hours for live chat and never got connected. On hold now.

Have you been able to get any help. I spent over 2 hours waiting for a live chat last night. Then finally went to bed.

Every time we try to sign into Disney+ we get this incorrect password error. So we change our password and it logs us in. But when we close the app it logs us out. We go to sign in with the password we just made and we get this error again. Anyone else having this problem. TIA

Help!!! So we have purchased our subscription to Disneyplus, but aren’t sure how to watch it. We have a smart TV. I don’t think there is an app. So do we just go to Disneyplus.com. If you go there now it goes to preview.disneyplus.com. Will it be different tomorrow when it goes live?
