Hello! We're staying at POR in late June and are planning to eat at Earl of Sandwich at Downtown Disney. How frequent is the boat service from POR to Downtown Disney? What would be the best route from Downtown Disney to the Magic Kingdom using only Disney transportation?

Our plane arrives at noon. Our first Fastpass window is at 2:05 - 3:05 PM at Peter Pan's Flight. We are planning to take Disney's Magical Express to POR and use the bus service from there.

We have an 8:20 PM ADR at the Crystal Palace on July 3rd. According to Disney's website, the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. My family isn't sure we'll have enough time between waiting for seating and actually eating to enjoy the buffet.
