We just got back on Sunday from our 3rd trip this year. We love driving down. We have been driving down for about 9 years now and look forward to the drive almost as much as the parks! The kids have the DVD player in the car and each one has a knapsack with their own toys/books to keep them...

Now I'm just suffering from DWS ( Disney Withdrawal Syndrome)! :lmao: BTW - the weather was also - awesome....it was in the low 80's the whole time - Friday was a little cooler with scattered showers...but still great....compared to what I returned to in NY - snow! :scared1:

I used to take my time and this last trip in Aug/Sept we did the exact opposite - mostly by necessity. On our previous trips we would wake up later and arrive at the parks about 11:00 or 11:30am. Then spend the rest of the day in the parks. It wasn't a bad plan and we had alot of fun - but...

I purchase it through undercovertourist.com and got a decent discount. I think I saved about $65. Got it for DH and he loved it! He couldn't stop talking about it. He did it in Feb. and still brings it up. Definately, one of the highlights for him.
