Had a busy but relatively relaxing first few days. Have planned part days (Morning and Afternoon or Afternoon and Evening) as we have more days this year and it's working really well for us. Yesterday was blisteringly hot so did a late arrival to mid afternoon at Epcot, back for a swim, then back around 7pm to see IlluniNations, which we'd managed to get as our 4th FP+!!

Really loving this trip- being familiar with the park layouts is helping a lot and just having less pressure by having more time is delightful. Crowds not too bad generally.

Also enjoying the QSDP. Was worried it would feel like the poor man's choice after DDP previously but actually loving the flexibility it gives.

Totally in love with CSR as well. Wonderful resort!
 
Sounds fantastic. Yes baking hot yesterday, and today. After all that rain on Tuesday I was a little worried it would never stop. Have fun.
 
Having a great time. The weather has been very hot with no rain for a few days, so we've been retreating to the hotel around midday/early afternoon. Excellent resort bus service coupled with a good central location is meaning CSR is ideal for taking breaks! Spent 3 hours at DHS this morning, and rode RnRC twice, had breakfast, met Olaf, rode Star Tours, met Mickey and Minnie, rode the GMR and TSMM... Heading back this evening with FP+ for the Frozen Sing Along and Tower of Terror... and hoping to see the fireworks too!
 
Split days are working so well for us- we rope dropped at DHS yesterday, then left at 11.30am. After lunch at CSR hubby hit the pool and I had a nice chill in the room... then I headed back to DHS at 3.45pm, hubby joined me for 8pm and we rode TOT for the first time, then got in a great spot for the fireworks! Yay! :) I caught Characterpalooza today too, and did some great character meets!
 
Are you booking fp+ for the afternoon/evening then? Are you doing morning emh? Glad you're enjoying CSR, it was our second resort choice if we couldn't afford POR :goodvibes
 
It's nice you are spending time in your resort too. We never even used the pool , regret how much we rushed round last trip

Depends on the day. Sometimes we're doing morning FP+ then using 4 and 5 and so on in the evening. Sometimes later afternoon FP+.

Only used EMH on our first morning. Since then, just regular park hours

It is a brilliant resort, totally delighted with it. I was worried it would feel like a step down after SSR but doesn't at all.

Park hopped properly for the first time, rode the Monorail for the first time too. We did Soarin'with a FP+ after arriving for rope drop, toured World Showcase but missed our other two FP+ as we took longer than we thought we would. Decided to see if we could get a Space Mountain FP+ instead, and got one for 70 minutes time. Head of to MK, rode Space Mountain, got a Buzz FP whilst in the line, rode Buzz, got another Space Mountain whilst in the Buzz line. In and out in just over an hour with 2x SM and Buzz done, as well as an ice cream eaten and a short dance at the dance party! :)
 
Final full day today and we're at the MK. Just finishing up our lunch at BOG before a last few rides then back to CSR to pack, catch the campfire and see the Movie Under The Stars!

Have a fantastic last night. Ours is tomorrow. Trying not to think about it. Been here 3 weeks and still not long enough! Have a safe trip home.
 
Plans change a lot. Headed out to DHS again after packing to ride Tower of Terror again and see the Star Wars fireworks again. They're brilliant! :)
 
At MCO now waiting for our flight. Wasn't sure we could top our first trip, but this one has been even better! :) Hoping for a sleep-filled flight!
 
That's scary how quickly that two weeks has gone, I hope it went slower at your end!
