Disney Gift Card Deals

It looks like a lot of the email delivery giftcards including Southwest are part of the buy $50 worth of giftcards and get a $5 target gift card back deal. I don't know if the same ones are on sale in store. If you don't need a physical card this might work.
I did that with a Starbucks gift card last month that had the ad on it and Target CANCELLED my bonus gift card. Kept the rest of the order, charged me for it but cancelled my bonus gift card. For $5 I'm not fighting them about it, but just be weary if you select "email delivery" as I did, maybe if I made them mail it to me they wouldn't have cancelled the "bonus" portion of my order, they email me everything else & I've never had an issue. Grrrrhh... I hope it works out for everyone else though, I haven't seen anybody else have the same problem I did!

Longtime lurker of this thread here and thought I'd post as I haven't seen anyone mention this yet. Raise sent me a promo code (because it's Cyber Monday) for $10 off an order of $100 or more. Well, Target cards are out of stock as usual, but there were a bunch of electronic Disney gift cards for $100. I grabbed one, used the code, paid $90, and put it right in my Disney Vacation Account and things seem to be good. Not a huge discount, but 10% these days isn't terrible. Code was one-time usage only. I'm guessing all Raise members got the email.
I think those cards are only for use at the Disney Store. Sorry if you didn't know that.

PP is correct. There are now a number of $100 Disney GCs (not Disney Store GCs) available on Raise. They are not discounted, so you will pay the full face value for them unless you apply the $10 code.

Not a bad deal. If you go through Top cash back you should get 2% back so you are looking at about 13% with any credit card rewards.

Looks like they sold out (at least for now). Glad I grabbed one! Every little bit helps!

One of my two Amex cards had a $15 off $35 purchase at Walmart.com. It does not exclude gift cards. I got a $50 vanilla mastercard for $38.94.

Did you get the confirmation email about the $15 credit? I'm just curious because I checked to see if this is on my card and it is but it says "not valid on corporate gift cards and gift card reloads". Did the master card generate the credit? Is it an actual card or do you get an email one?

I almost instantly received an email from Amex stating that I got the credit. The Vanilla Mastercard is not a corporate gift card nor is it a gift card reload. The card is a physical card that will be mailed to me.

Thanks for posting this as well! I had this available on two of mine so did my first order and hoping I have better luck than @Marionnette (yikes!). I think some of the websites are hammered and clearly can't keep up with everything.

Thanks again,
Heather

Yes, thank you for posting this! I have this offer on my card and am hoping my wife does on hers as well. My sister wants a PlayStation Network card for Christmas, which they carry, so I can get her a $50 card for $35.

For me, it shows on page 20 bottom right corner and it does show on Target.com for the Weekly ad in the store.

Here it is, but it appears to not be working in the store except for the 3 cards pictured.

I just called Target as I did not receive my 20% coupon. They said they are backed up and are still sending out the emails today. If I don't have the email by tomorrow, I should call back. I was given a case number to reference should I need it tomorrow. My order was placed around 6 pm EST.
Is anyone STILL waiting for the coupon? I am and the phone lines are jammed with their Cyber Monday site crash....

It worked for me on Disney gift cards. I just pointed out the ad and the manager said "I don't see any restrictions on the type of card" and she gave me my $5 Target gift cards for each pair.

ETA: Well, after not getting a confirmation email from Walmart, I checked my orders only to learn that they had been canceled by Walmart. No email letting me know that they were canceled or why. Just canceled without explanation.. I guess that my money is not good there.

So, there is a thread on slickdeals that warns people about this.

It says,"Space out your orders so the orders don't get canceled. See Wiki of:

I still have not received my coupon from either order I placed. I did not think today would be a good day to call so I was going to call tomorrow. However, someone mentioned in another thread that they called and the CSR said gift card orders were not eligible for the coupon, which is what both my orders were, so not sure it's worth calling for me.

I used this for Chipotle cards. It didn't prompt for the gift cards, but the manager rang it up manually. There was nothing they could find to contradict the language on the ad, which is "Free $5 Target GiftCard® when you buy any two $25-value or higher prepaid gift cards."

That's not "working" though. That's resolving the issue with a manager, which is a confrontational step that some won't want to go through just to get $5.
