ADRs for a large party

We are taking our first multi-family trip in June and it's getting close to time to make ADRs. We have decided to have 3 meals all together. That's a total of 15 people (10 adults and 5 children). How do I go about making ADRs for a large party? Online, call WDW-DINE, or call the restaurant directly? I realize we will probably have to be seated separately but I want to request our tables next to each other as these are our only group meals of the trip. I've just only ever made my ADRs online because I was only doing my family of 4. Our dining plans are as follows: Big River Grille (BWI) on arrival night since we are staying at BWV, Cape May Cafe for character breakfast, Coral Reef dinner.

you can do it online or by phone.
if you make the ADR for all 15 people together then disney will do their best to sit you together/near each other.

i've had as many as 11 in my party and we were able to sit together at every table service meal.

what i would not suggest is booking each family a separate ADR because then disney will not know that you want to be near each other and will have already sorta mapped out where to put you and it could be a hassle to try to sit your near each other after the fact.

I think calling is the best method. IfMDE thinks you are making multiple ADRs for the same time it will not allow it

Definitely call. There's a number listed on MDE for just such needs.

FYI, for BRG, you can only make reservations by calling the restaurant directly.

if OP made one ADR for everyone in the party that would not be an issue.
besides as i mentioned if you did make multiple ADR's its less likely that everyone would sit near each other.

Yes, I will be doing the ADR for the entire group. Good to know you've had success seating large groups.

We have 12 going on our next trip. I started off trying to make the reservations online and it was very frustrating. I called and got everything we wanted within 10 minutes and I was making 4 different reservations. In the future I think I will just call if I have that many people.

1) This may or may not happen.
2) Seating a big group is like a Rubik's Cube.
3) All the clustered tables have to be available at the same time.
4) Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.
