I would love to join a fish extender group for this cruise. Just found out we are surprising 2/3 kids! Any Room to join?

Please join the fishy fun with is, room 6676 [the Cronkrite family] :D
Hi Chelsea I would love to join your group if there's still room. My husband and 2 kids will be sailing (I say kids but they are 20 & 17) but still kids. Is there a list out with names and staterooms? This is our 5th Disney Cruise and it never gets old! Looking forward to hearing from you! Vikki

HI fellow shipmates! Forgot to add our cabin numbers for you. We have two but they are right next to each other. Stateroom numbers are 9055 & 9057. We are only 87 days out...can't wait!

So excited to cruise in January, will be our 3rd but have NEVER done FE. I'm IN! I have done my research but have conflicting information. So here are some questions will we only make items for this group on this thread or need to worry about others who may just join us on the ship. I would love to know how many items to bring and don't want to leave anyone out. Do we bring items for each day per person or just one item for each person? Thanks for the help I am excited to get started crafting!
:darth::chewy::darth: PS Praying Star Wars is playing in theater while on board!

Omg StarWars movie on the ship!! That would be amazing!! Could we be that lucky?!!

Here is the link to info I found about FE 'rules' although it's just for some good fun so we can make our own choices about how often to give gifts etc..

Thank you also to ChristieUndertheSea for starting to make the cabin list. That will be a huge help!!

I updated the list and added both of your cabin numbers. Please let me know if everything is correct. Thanks! ~ Christie

Michelle, if you'd like to be added to the FE list, just let me know your cabin number and the number of people in your room.
Champagnemommy added some great info about Fish Extenders! FE is fun, so the 'rules' are flexible. We currently have 7 families on our FE list. It's really up to you how much or how often you would like to deliver 'treasures' throughout the cruise. We have a shorter cruise, so delivering once during the cruise would be fine, but if you want to do it everyday, that's okay too!
I will only be delivering to our thread list, but if you would like to bring extra treats for others on the cruise, that sounds like a great way to meet new families and friends while onboard! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! Our cruise is going to be AMAZING! ~Christie

Been doing my research and love this I am finalizing our cabin later today (I am doing some switching of rooms). Will post cabin number soon, are we going to have a cut off date? Just thinking it may help with some of us hand making our items, with the holidays right before we leave it may be helpful to get them done before Christmas. Just some thoughts but will do what ever the group would like to do.

Ideally we'll have all FE participants by Friday, Dec. 18, three weeks prior to our cruise. But I'd hate to turn anyone away after that because they booked late or just stumbled upon the board. Fortunately our group is pretty small now (FE can get tricky to manage when there are more than 20 families), so we'll see how much more popular we get in the next couple of months! ~ Christie

Sounds great I am all about Quality versus quantity!

Hi Shipmates! 81 more days!!! I don't know if this helps or not but the last 5 cruises we sailed on someone made a facebook page and invited all the FE's to join. It was a private group so in case anyone had questions we could address them easier over facebook. I would start this but I have no idea how (in fact I don't even have a facebook, but my daughter has allowed me to use hers for Disney reasons) if anyone would like to set this up or has further questions you can email me at disneycrazy43@yahoo.com and we can talk. Looking forward to sailing! Vikki

I have a question for this group, has anyone done the Cast Away Cay 5k? I have read on threads and have mixed ideas. Some say it cuts into their time on the island,, not sure I want to do that as this will be our favorite day! 80 days to go!
