Making Mythos reservation without knowing EE park?

We definitely want to eat at Mythos one of our 2 days at Universal the weekend before Thanksgiving. Since its holiday time I feel like I should make a reservation but how do I know which day to reserve not knowing which park will have EE that day? Will it likely be the same park each day we are there? If so, it wouldn't make a difference. But if it would be one park on Sunday and another on Monday, knowing that would make it easier. Or should I make a reservation both days and then cancel one?

I'm taking it that you don't have park to park passes? Then I would reserve both days and then cancel one.

We do have park to park, just feel like we'd be wasting a lot of our time to be in the wrong park if EE is at the other park.

It is really easy to move between the parks now. The Hogwarts Express comes out close to Mythos, so if you do have Early Entry in US, you can use that as one of your HE rides. We pop back and forth between the parks pretty often at Universal.

We flip continually between the two parks. It only takes a couple of minutes to walk from one to the other, or like others have said, to take the Hogwarts Express.

Wow! Okay that eases my mind. I guess I'm stuck in Disney-like thinking and I should know better! How early does one need to make reservations for Mythos during a holiday week?

I've been able to make Mythos reservations a few days before and still get a decent time (like 1:00 pm).

I tried making NexTable (or whatever the heck it's called.... BRING BACK OPEN TABLE!!!!!!!!) reservations for our November trip and they're not available yet. It looks like they maybe open them up a month out, or maybe four weeks out?

How far in advance can you make the reservations using NexTable? Also did you try to make the reservations (eg phone, app, email)?

Also what does EE stand for in OP?

EE = Early Entry.

I tried on Uni's website. There is no app for NexTable. Just one of its many shortcomings. (Have I mentioned I miss OpenTable!?!?) :-)

I called yesterday around 5 and left a message. The voicemail says to leave the reservation desired info and they will call back. Well it's 24 hours and no return call. I, too, looked online (the vocemail says to try on next table.com as an alternative). Must be too soon. Too soon for them to even call me back and say it's too soon!

Looks like you can only book up to Nov. 6 right now. So I guess it is 30 days in advance.

nextable.com is basically an advertisement for the RESTAURANT side of things. It does NOT seem to offer an option for customers who are looking to make a reservation. :-/

That's where I've gone to book also. It's just so inconvenient that there's no app and that you have to navigate to Uni's page online to make reservations... not exactly super mobile-friendly.

And it's SUPER odd that the voicemail greeting redirects customers to nextable.com, when it's decidedly NOT the correct place to send them!

I booked Mythos for October 31 at 1;00 pm today, so I still found good times a few weeks in advance. There is no need to be like Disney...no need to book your table 3 months in advance for a good time.

Absolutely! For a non busy time, advanced reservations aren't needed at all. For Spring Break, Thanksgiving and Christmas, I'd make sure to book ahead.
