We spent two hours in a children's museum with our three nieces today. I was on my feet trying to keep track of them the whole time, so I figure I can legitimately count at least 20 minutes.

First check in of the month. Thursday was a rest day, Friday was 50 minutes of upper body strength and a cardio workout, today was 60 minutes of stamina/speed/agility and a total body barre workout.

The last mile was right along the water and it was so windy!!! But the view was gorgeous!

Still sick... close to the one month mark now but I'm slowly on the mend. Did manage to take my dog for a 30 minute walk yesterday and another walk this evening. 60/800.

Went to a pumpkin farm with the family yesterday for a few hours. I'd say at least 30 minutes worth of good walking in there.
