We also have a scavenger hunt being organised and some of us are looking at trying the 5K Castaway Cay run :-)
 
We've found that the best way to organize the "spreadsheet" without sharing private info is to upload the pdf into a conversation and share it only with the designated people who signed up.

Hello there. Please can we be included in the FE group. This is our first ever cruise so we are super excited. We are me (mum), dad and 7 year old son. We are staying in room 9667. We are coming from the UK and will be spending 14 days in Disney World (our first time ever) prior to our cruise. I think I'm more excited than my son!

Hi All!! This cruise will be the second half of our B2B! I'm hoping we're not too late to sign up for the Fish Exchange... it'll be me, DW, and our 17 month old son in room 6608. We wanted to do a 7 day cruise but also wanted to do the DVC member cruise, so we added that one together with this one to get 7 days. :)

We are getting there with our plans, sorting our extender gifts!
We leave the uk on the 18th aug, so also planning on sorting kids school uniforms etc out ready for them starting back to school in September.
It's our anniversary whilst we're away, so we are going to stay in the beach club and clearwater during the holiday. So lots of planning happening! :)

We fly out on the 22nd with Thomson :-) We are only doing a couple of days at Disney this year and have booked the Art of Animation for the 2 nights to get our Disney 'fix' and the all important Magic Bands ;-) Luckily we don't have the school uniforms to contend with this year as Emma, my youngest has just finished her GCSE's and will be going onto college/Apprenticeship come September :-) We are also going down to Clearwater, but just for a day, and we plan to do a jet ski tour whilst there. FE list will be closing 4 weeks prior to cruise or when 15 cabins reached - there's 13 in Pluto so far. Have fun planning and 'see ya real soon' :-)

Someone messaged me re Fish Extender list wanting to know if they could be added. I can't find the message :-( It popped up on my phone and by the time I'd powered up my laptop it had gone :-( Course we will make a late comers FE list and will add you and others to it so you will have a FE :-) Please do message me again and we can organise it for you and get you FE-ing :-)
