probably 7am ET like the pre-booking times were...I haven't seen a definitive time for tomorrow but it would make sense

Did something previously say it would only available by phone? Anyway, it doesn't seem to be one of the events that has opened up tonight.

You are correct...hard keeping track of what is and what isn't bookable online (When as an IT person it all should be)

It's funny because the Italian Regional F&W pairing clearly says you have to book by phone on July 30....it says nothing about being able to book online.
The Parisian breakfast says you also have to book by phone only........

my plan is to call in when the phone lines open to try to book the Premium Package. of course I will ask for details FIRST since i'm sure it's non-refundable. staying hopeful!!! but i'll surely be a zombie at work. HAHA!

Looks like more inventory has been released...Open spots for Robert Irvine are available now and both of the culinary dems that were full for Amanda Freitag are now open

I just was looking in that area looking for premium package.I clicked on a restaurant and time it said unavaible at this time. So I'm assuming at 7am for your dinning package.

Where on the website are you finding the place to book? In the regular restaurant booking section or is there a special Food and Wine area?

For what event? Some have links from the festival page, some can be found in the regular restaurant section, and some are in both spots.
