The Murphys are LIVE from the BC and GF!!! July 25-August 3, 2015

Personally I don't think it's worth it. The fireworks look better the further away you can get. The parade is pretty much the same as last summer. The sing along was better this year I thought. The theater is really nice, more sets and props, better quality show. I'm bummed they don't have Old Oaken's Trading Post this year or the ice skating and snow play areas.

Very helpful! I'm just in those final days before the trip and looking for something different/special to add or change. :) Too bad about Trading Post - that was a favorite last year!

I'm baaaaack ;)

Today was a bit crazy! The kids and I squeezed in a morning at the Studios before I had to split from them to take a tour of the new Four Seasons Orlando. And WOW is it really something special! :D I've got lots of pics to share!

How fun! We've been wondering about Four Seasons, and will really look forward to pictures and details! :)

Sounds like you're having a lovely stay! How is the lounge in general? I chose not to stay club level on our last stay in June since I was so underwhelmed in general with club level at Disney. Do you feel that the evening offerings are still the same stuff? Fried and fried? It looks like they are making an effort to make the desserts better. The cupcakes looked great! How about the wine/beer cart? Are they still doing that? I really wish Disney would step up their club level. I'd love to go back to it again.

The food has really been kicked up a notch. Yes there are still only two hot items and typically they are fried, but they've added so much more to accompany those two things it really feels like something special. :) We are not big evening appetizer eaters because we like to have a nice dinner out, but I think those who want to make a light supper from lounge offerings will be pleased. The chef is ever-present in and around the lounge and seems very interested in making the food offerings sparkle. ;)
The changes to the lounge plus the overall improvements made to the rooms and hallways makes it feel like a new resort. I know we will definitely be back.
The beer and wine isn't on a cart, it's on a buffet table with a castmember stationed there to pour. I've had no problem asking and receiving wine and I've seen lots of folks enjoying the beer which is now served in tall chilled glasses. I really can't say a bad thing about the lounge, there's so much more seating and space. I think you'll be happy with it. :)

Love your pictures and your trip report, Erika! We are getting so excited for our trip in September, especially the Beach Club part!

Quick question about this mug, if you don't mind. Do they have this mug in any other color, or is this it?

Just this one :)

I love the new Frozen stage. They really made it a lot more impressive than last year's stage. We will be in WDW for a long weekend trip at the end of August and plan to catch some Frozen fun. I love the picture of the Frozen fireworks. I really want to see them again. They were very impressive last year and we're going to try to squeeze them into our short trip.

I love the idea of a chef preparing the food and making appearances. That's a step in the right direction. Serving the beer in a tall, chilled glass sounds very nice too. I'm glad to hear that over all things are looking up for Disney club level. :sunny: I think what I'll need to do in the future for my husband is to just buy our own beer at Garden Grocer so that way he'll have it for when he wants it since they kind of force the beer to be drunk right away rather than having it later on. It's an easy fix. I do enjoy club level and look forward to going back to it again.

I have a question regarding the Pineapple Whip Float (aka Dole Whip). Since it is sold in the pool area, does that mean only people staying at BC/YC can access the Float? We are at BC for three days before moving to French Quarter, so if that's the case, I want to make sure I get a couple while I'm at BC  Maybe I'm totally wrong and it's accessible to everyone. Thanks!

It is actually inside Stormalong Bay, so it can't be accessed by the general public. :)

Finally we are back to the room and I can upload all my photos to share! :)

I took a TON of photos at the sing along! I thought the new stage was beautiful......

Everywhere you turn there are areas with seating, lounge chairs, cabanas, etc, so no worries about finding a place to sit or layout in the sun

Oh wowser!!! I've just found your TR. Fantastic. Loving all the photos. The new Frozen Sing-along Set looks amazing. I hope there is a new full version of the sing-along somewhere on Youtube. DD will love it.

Thnks for sharing.

The Four Seasons looks amazing!!! I've heard great things about Capa!!!

Boathouse is one of my ADR's, looking forward to your review!

Wow - the Four Seasons looks great for families with teenagers (like mine!). Never thought I'd staying in a non-Disney resort but this could change my mind

Thank you for the Frozen pictures. I have the FPP booked for me and my "Sweet 16" dd this trip.

Just a quick note-they did leave the beer in the bottle when my husband wanted to bring some back to the room, so no worries on drinking it right up!
