If it's a relaxing place then where are the massage beds? I would love to see Mickey and Minnie rubbing people down.

Maybe Ariel and Gaston would be better choices for masseuses. Anyway, the charging stations are needed because I tend to spend a lot more time on my phone now changing fastpass+ reservations - checking on them, etc. While a nice air conditioned sitting area is welcomed, these just don't look nice at all. Why don't the open up the VIP rooms that some attractions had for the sponsor companies?
