September 2015 Countdown!

I booked my FP's last night! It took about a half hour, but that was because I was trying to get DH involved and he was just so tired. He was working all day installing an AC at my parent's and he's still sore from getting rear-ended last week (Workman's comp is being a pain, causing us to be short of money for now). And then his glasses broke last night so he's just not in the mood for Disney right now. :guilty: I did online check-in for our stay at ASMu and now I have to wait until tomorrow to do online check-in for our stay at WL.

I get to book fastpasses tonight! I talked to DD last night about what park she wants to go to what day and we've decided on that so I'll see what fastpasses I can get for those parks those days. I had booked some ADR's but she decided she didn't want to spend the time sitting down to eat and would rather grab something quick service so cancelled those last night. We'll have a full day at MK, DHS, and DAK, and about a half day at Epcot, plus some time at the resort and at DTD. I'm getting very excited to see what fastpasses I can get -- she really wants to see Anna and Elsa, ride the mine train, Star Tours, and Peter Pan's flight, and I want to go on Test Track, Soarin, Primeval Whirl, the safari, and just enjoy being "home" again...

FP+ booked! I was surprised to see some times disappearing quickly.

Were you able to get everything you wanted? What disappeared fast?

I pretty much got exactly what I wanted. But there were a couple of rides where time slots were already starting to disappear within 15min. I think it was Epcot rides the Saturday and Sunday before Labor Day.

I can do my FP+ at midnight tonight but I think something is screwy with MDE. I went in there just to play around with it and it's only giving me a 30 day window. I sent Disney an email (hate calling!) but if I don't hear back from them by the end of the work day, I will call them. I have a resort reservation but my tickets are comp. I assume that wouldn't make a difference. I thought as long as you had a resort reservation you could make FP+ at 60 days out?

Yes you can make FP+ 60 days out but you technically aren't at 60 days yet.

Understood but I'm planning on making the selections at midnight tonight so I just want to be sure everything will work correctly. I can't call them that late.

Also, just realized that a 30 day window could mean it doesn't recognize you're staying onsite, gotcha!

Called Disney and they basically told me that the system is not smart enough to recognize I booked the room and tickets separately. From the way she knew exactly what I was talking about it seems like this happens often. She assured me that my 60 day window will open up at midnight. Yay! Anyone else staying up tonight?

I am new to the boards lol but wanted to join in on the excitement!! We check into Port Orleans Riverside on Sept. 27th!! CANNOT WAIT!!

Switched our pre package night from ASSp to Pop. Very happy with the decision.

How has FP+ been going for everyone? I can't make mine until Sunday night at midnight so I am living vicariously through you guys until then.

Oh and as a side note I can't believe it has been 114 days since I made ADR's time sure is flying.
