What's the reason that Hollywood Studios is changing name for 2nd time?

In TWDC eyes the park is making money so it's not a failure. It's going to take a drop in both attendance and revenue from that park to get something big done.

It's not a rumour though. Iger slipped and said that it's getting a new name.
I think when the head of the company says it, it's the farthest thing from rumour.

The park only makes money right now because of the ticket structure and Magic Kingdom

If it had to stand on his own 2 feet, it would be closed.

I do think big changes are coming though.

I heard through a friend of a friend who visited WDW ... they were amazed at the crowds at DHS all singing along with "Let it Go" ... women and (what really shocked them) men. Like it was some kind of mass choir event.

It's almost too much. Can this be sustained for much longer? And if not, will the hysteria die down slowly and gradually, like the popularity of the movie Titanic, or will it at some point become a joke?

I suppose that at WDW, even the "I'm over this joke" attractions still do pretty well ... look at It's a Small World.

I was at frozen summer fun last year. It defintely brought the crowds to DHS. While I still think it will bring people this year I don't think it will do as well.

Disney Hollywood Adventure. I'm not sure if it will stay "Disney's" or transition over to just "Disney" like at DCA. Marvel theme park rights on the East Coast are owned by Universal Studios. To experience Marvel Attractions just head to IOA. The other issue with that name is the fact that it ignores Star Wars and Pixar. Two pretty powerful brands.

With that said, I have seem some speculation on maybe making a GotG attraction. That would be interesting.

Admittedly, I may be the only person who didn't like that movie. I'm not too excited about that attraction if it ever came to fruition. Too soon to tell anyway.

So in short, no Avengers and certainly no Marvel in the name.

Disney Infinity Kingdom

Any of these would bring all Disney characters into play for the theme park!
