Need a quick reminder, please. Do the buses run from EPCOT to the Poly, or is the monorail the only option, besides a cab? TIA

Monorail or cab. Buses only if the monorail is down.

You can get to WL and then take the boat.

So I have a transportation question. We are going in Sept and my BFF is going too. She will be purchasing her tickets through Shades of Green but cannot get them until we get down there. We will be flying and using Disney transportation. My question is: how can we get to Shades of Green and back to our resort?

Which is more important: saving money or saving time?

Bus to either Epcot or MK, then
Monorail to TTC, then
Bus to SOG.

The bus between TTC & SOG runs every 20 minutes while Epcot or MK is open. Some form of military or SOG-eligible DoD ID must be shown to board.

Bus to MK, then
Resort Monorail to Poly, then
1/2 mi. walk to SOG.

- or -

Set TARDIS to Earth coordinates 28.402420, -81.591427

Now I am reading that the monorail will not get me to either park for 8 a.m. and it looks like it won't get me to Epcot rope drop at 9 a.m. normal opening because it doesnlt start to MK until 8:30 and not to Epcot until 9. Is this true? Am I really still stuck with the crammed full, stops every five minutes for more people there isn't room for bus and the tiny boat that always arrives full for all that money if I want to rope drop at either park except a 9 morning at MK? This would basically make the monorail useless to me if it gets me there after the parks open at these times.

Hi! I'm not sure if you found the answer to your question yet, but according to the information I have the resort monorail starts at 7am on a regular 9am opening, express monorail at 8:30, and Epcot monorail at 8:00. Hope this helps!

Also have CM brunch question. 10/12 MNSSHP day.

Here is the plan. Bus from POFQ to MK. Monorail to Contemporary. Reservation time 2:15. What time should we plan on being at the POFQ bus stop? Thanks.

It's a bit quicker to walk to the contemporary than take the monorail.

We will probably walk back to MK. But the monorail will be an experience rather than a time saver. That can be an option if we are running behind.

We will be going to both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach (on different days) when we are there in July. We would like to be there when they open. I am not exactly sure how the buses run to the water parks. Do they have their own buses or are they shared with a park somehow. We are staying at POR. Any info greatly appreciated :beach:
