Would anyone be interested in sharing the cost of a VIP tour guide in DL on 6/10 or 6/11? We are a party of 3, and it can accommodate up to 10. Cost is $400 per hour for 6 hours. Pricey, but instant access to all rides, restaurants, parade VIP seating, etc.

I love this idea but we're going to be there the week before. And my husband would probably kill me!

How are you planning on working out the VIP tour if anyone takes you up on it?
In terms of itinerary we would just plan ahead with the other group to see what they wanted to get done during the time. I'm told the VIP guide can plan out the sequence of things so you can get everything in during your allotted time.

We did the VIP tour once, and it was a lot of fun. There were 10 of us in the group. This was back in 2008, though, so it wasn't as expensive. Just remember that there are no monetary transactions on the DIS. Each party would have to pay directly to Disney.

My daughter and I will be there on those days and I may be interested if we could get a group of 10 together. We are combining this with an ABD trip so it is already pretty costly.

Just checking to make sure it is ac

I was lucky enough to participate on two tours courtesy of a friend. Not sure if there is more than one level of VIP tour, but we did stand on the fast pass line for many rides. The Haunted Mansion was the only one where we had almost no waiting at all both times. Still an awesome perk. We had reservations for dinner and waited a bit to be seated. I am not sure if that was because we had a large group (10) or not. Although I don't think it was required, we also paid for our guide to eat with us, rather than have him stand around while we ate.

Have fun!

I personally wouldn't recommend sharing the tour. You can give the guide an itinerary ahead of time, but the whole point of the VIP tour is to be able to leisurely do your day. It sounds like you'll be rushing around just running on rides and what if someone needs to go to the bathroom or stop for a snack...you'll have dollar signs in your eyes as you stand around. And it's actually $385/hr but I'm assuming you factored in tip. Also in 6 hours you usually want to eat so we usually do 8 or 10hours so we can have a meal.

The best part is you can get your Fantasmic! or Paint the Night or WOC seating in the VIP section and not have to have your tour guide with you. So you can go 7am to afternoon then have VIP seating in the evening for the shows.

Are you local or coming into town?

We would! If GE is open, you bet! We’re a family of three as well, and can fly down pretty much any time (we’re in the PNW).

I don't know how this would work honestly. Even when we go with family/friends, everybody wants to do something different or do their own pace, etc. Just seems like a recipe for arguments.
