According to their website they can be returned within 100 days of ship date. If I were you would take a screen shot of that Target page.

On my receipt it does say "this item cannot be returned or exchanged". I don't think you'll be able to return them. I hope you can at least get the 5%

Yep, it says it on the packing slip but when you add them to your shopping cart it says that you have 100 days from the ship date to return them. I probably won't return them anyhow but it should be clear when they are purchased, not when you get your items in the mail.

I'm sure it's already been posted here, but the last two batches of Disney GCs I bought on Target.com using Target GCs, but on my account (so I would still get the 5% off the purchase) did not get the 5% discount. I did, however, get the 2% cash back from ebates, which I haven't gotten in the past...

Yep, it went way for several days. We thought they took it away for good (fixed the loophole). We are just happy they gave it back (hopefully it is not temporary).

Quick question--I ordered two Disney gift cards yesterday from Target. I never got an email and when I log on to check it says order created and gives an estimated arrival date. Is that normal?

One order has shipped and the other was just cancelled. I just re-submitted the cancelled order so I hope it goes through this time. I'm happy to try this for the savings but gosh this gets "nutty" sometimes. SO - until it actually says shipped, don't hold your breath just yet

I pointed that out to them in store and online and they still said they were not returnable (I really just wanted the 5% off I missed last week but I was willing to reorder them to do that). Just FYI.

Mine just shipped!

If I can get $3,100 more this way, I'm at about 40% savings on my cruise between booking onboard, using Costco as a TA, using DVA, and paying with Disney gift cards purchased at Target using Target gift cards purchased at Kroger.

Thanks for mentioning this as I agree in the past I've never earned Ebates and of course realized it was due to being a gift card order. I just tried it on a whim on my new order (to replace the one that was just cancelled) and I already have an email from Ebates advising I earned $2.85.

Awesome! It's usually about 24 hours later so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if re-ordering worked. I agree it's worth a little effort to do this and I was one that had issues with non-activated cards but I worked through that so the savings seems to balance that out for now.

What increments do the gift cards come in? Would like a $25 card to buy some here and there when I go there each week. I started swagbucks so hoping to earn gift cards there as well.

They used to have $25 and $50. I've only seen $50 recently but it sounds like they have $100 ones as well. I shopkick and wish they still did $25 because I use my points to buy Target gift cards which my kids use to buy Disney gift cards for souvenir money and it takes a long time to get $50 in points.

My 2nd recent order was shipped!! This was the order that was cancelled and I turned around and re-did it but threw in another $50 and no issues. So again, if the order gets cancelled I would not call but instead just try another order.

When this happened, was the amount on your GC there right away? I was wondering if there would be a hold on the Target GC since there was a pending transaction.
