So I have a lot of ADRs booked and really need help deciding which ones to cancel. We will have the dining plan so I really don't want to pay OOP if I don't need to.

arrival night 1900 Park fare dinner
Friday lunch at BOG and dinner at CRT
Saturday Chef mickeys breakfast and Akershus dinner
Sunday mama melrose fantasmic package
Monday tusker house breakfast and sanaa dinner
Tuesday boma breakfast and BOG dinner

My kids are insisting on chef mickeys and be our guest dinner so those are must do!
am leaning towards cancelling akershus and either sanaa or tusker house???

help please!!!

I say cancel Tusker House, since you're already doing Chef Mickey's (so you'll get the same characters) and Boma (which has similar food options to TH).

I would be inclined to cancel CRT, it sounds like you need to drop two credits. Akershus has pretty much the same characters and BOG has a castle atmosphere even if it is not exactly the same. That means two good experiences for the same number of credits as one meal at CRT, and unless the CRT food has been upgraded during the refurbishment it just is not that good.

Oh dear! I too want to "talk" to someone about my plans, so I do understand ...

Here's my thoughts -
You have 2 girls, I'd keep CRT, and BOG, you'll be at MK anyway, they get to see the castle, then eat at the castle? Yes please! (were you able to get a cake for CRT? Have you thought about the chocolate slipper instead?)

Arrival night - not sure when you are arriving or how late your 1900 PF, or where you are staying, but this may be one that could be iffy anyway with flight planes delay.... but its one of my favorite - this is where I've had a cake delivered...

Chef Mickeys, well they did request it - Askerhaus dinner, have you checked the menus? If its for Princesses, then of course keep it!
Tusker House breakfast - on an AK day, I'd keep it - Sanaa dinner, I'd drop it, its hard to get from resort to resort (for after dinner) Maybe just pick something up at a Quick Service, or even at your resort and have some pool time?

Tuesday - Boma Breakfast - I'd drop this too, its not a character meal, and again, traveling to a resort just to eat is a hassle for me.. and you are looking to drop 2 credits...

I'm also keeping a BOG Lunch and a BOG Dinner, I think they are 2 different experiences and I think DD will love it - Beauty and Beast was her favorite movie, over and over again we watched that thing! lol...

Good Luck!

I would not do both 1900 Park and CRT. I would choose between one of those. Then I would drop a breakfast or two.

I have a 5 year old princess and CRT was closed when we were there. We truly got our fill of princesses between Park Fare, Akershaus, and Enchanted Tales with Belle. We met Cinderella and Belle twice. We also did a CP and BOG. We walked through Cinderella's castle at MK and we did not miss eating there. My daughter loved Akershaus (meeting the princesses and the parade) and I loved the food. I would go back there in a heartbeat over booking CRT in the future.

I wouldn't cancel TH, everyone who has been there as raved to me about the food and I wish we had eaten there.

Geting our fill of princesses at CRT and Akershaus. Will a 3-year-old be too young for Jiko?

Askershus was my fave dinner of all the character meals we did.
Food was delicious and desert was great. Really had fun.

Also did Ohana breakfast which was excellent.
Park fare dinner was ok. If not for the step sisters it would have been my least fav
Least fav went to tusker house lunch. It was good but not great

Chef mickeys was great. Kids really enjoyed that one

Counting says 6 nights, if regular DDP 6 TS and you don't want to pay OOP. Looks like your ADRs are for 10 TS credits so you need to save 4?

Tusker and Boma breakfast will have similar food. I would pick the one that you have your heart set on. You can meet characters elsewhere.
Chef Mickeys is in our opinion one of the worse restaurants on property so I'd drop in a second.
Akershus and CRT are both Princesses. You could drop CRT and that saves 2 credits but if your heart is set on castle....
Why would you eat at BOG twice, no much of a difference and some food is the same?

thanks everyone….so we are staying at AKV for the second half of our stay which is why I want to try boma and sanaa….I am thinking of cancelling tusker house and akershus??? we have paid already for CRT so it won't take any credits for us.
akershus was more for the princesses but we will get them at CRT right?? and meet them in the countries at epcot. thinking of cancelling it and just eating at the booths at the food and garden festival???

It's possible; however, it felt a little quieter and more romantic than some other TS. I don't remember there being any children when we went, but kids are allowed. We ate dinner.
